Looking for ideas to get you out of the Netflix and Chill rut? We’re here to help. Break away from the Monday night grocery shopping dates and pick up your own personal date concierge, aka. the #SummerLovinDates Passport.

We’ve partnered with some incredible local businesses to bring you 23 fun-filled dates. Whether you’re indulging in sweet treats, breaking out a sweat or getting in some culture, your date is sure to be impressed. As if that’s not incentive enough, complete 10, 15 or ALL of the experiences and enter for a chance to win some sweet prizes.

Feelin’ a little stuck? Here are 6 types of dates to help you get started.

1. The Sweat Date

Sweat it out with your date over a killer workout before you hit up the patio for some ice cold drinks. Spin it out at Movement U, connect over a private aerial class at Fit Republic, get out some aggression at Square1 Fitness or explore your inner athlete with Orangetheory Fitness, your body will thank you.

2. The Treat Yo’ Self Date

Round up your squad and bring them to eat some sweet treats. Fall in love at first bite with Fiasco Gelato, snap a pic of the chimney cakes you’ve seen all over the ‘gram at UTCA Chimney Cakes or witness ice cream turn from liquid to solid form before your eyes at delloR Ice Cream. Whatever you’re in the mood for, there’s something to satisfy your craving.

3. The Dinner Date

Hungry? Bring your bestie or your boo to try something new at Bridgeland’s delicious newest restaurant, Elwood + Rabbit. If you’re in the mood for a new experience, be sure to check out YYC’s newest Japanese teppanyaki house, OMO Teppan & Kitchen. Plus, purchase a dinner for two at The Beltliner or Gorilla Whale and you might be able to unlock something really tasty.

4. The Try Something New Date

We think one of the key aspects to every relationship is trying new things together and that’s why this date is so cool. Come take a scenic train themed tour at Aspen Crossing or rejuvenate your bodies and your minds at Soul Float. Want to just zen out? Our friends at The Spa Ritual have you covered. Looking for something more outdoorsy? We’ve got that too. Float down the magical Bow River with The Paddle Station or rent some bikes to cycle to your date night destination with Nomad Mobile Gear Rental. There’s an adventure waiting for you.

5. The Play Date

The couple who plays together stays together. Embrace your inner competitive kid at Shakers Fun Centre or work through challenges together at Escape 60. Whether you’re competing against each other or working with each other, nothing beats that sacred quality time. Want to learn some new things together? Tour the hands-on exhibits at Bow Habitat or walk around the five floors of exhibitions at Studio Bell, home of the National Music Centre.

6. The ‘I’m Thirsty’ Date

Start your night or end your night at one of these ridiculously fun spots. Sip on some spirits from Burwood Distillery, taste some delicious Alberta-born craft brews from Railyard Brewing or pop-a-bottle with the entire crew at Home & Away. Good drinks, good company and good vibes – what could be better?
