The spookiest day is coming up and we know you’re looking for ways to s-‘witch’ it up on Halloween night. We’ve created a list of activities and games to play that night if you have a date night or are hosting something!
Best Blower
Test out your lung power and see who got the spiciest blow…
What you need:
- Candles
- Lighter
- Two players
Line up candles in two rows and then when ready, light every single one of them. Have two players blow each row at the same time. Whoever’s flame travels the furthest wins the game! Winner should get a prize OR loser needs to take a spicy shot. Let’s see who can handle the heat!
Fork You
Yes.. you heard right. Got a lot of rage? This might be the game for you and your date to play!
What you need:
- One pumpkin
- Players must each have a fork
- Ninja stealth skills…
This game goes on through the whole night. Let’s see how sneaky you can really get – write who you’re playing against on a fork or if it’s just two players, write each other’s name. Throughout the night, sneak stab the fork into the pumpkin without somebody noticing. If someone catches you, they must yell “FORK YOU.” You can’t run! You’ve lost.

Spider Cauldron Diving
Face your fears and dive your hands into the dreaded crawlies filled with spiders!
What you need:
- Two small buckets that can fit a hand or two (try small cauldrons to make it spooky!)
- Water beads
- Fake spiders (approx. needed is 5, but this depends on the rules that you create)
Each player must put their hands into the buckets and dig out five spiders from the bucket filled with water beads. The fastest to pick out five spooky spiders will be the ultimate winner!
Make Boo Baskets for Your Date
There’s still time to treat your boo or literally anybody special to your heart with a boo-basket! Go shopping and pick up some sentimental items for that special someone.
What you need:
- Blanket (the seasons are getting cozier!)
- Plushy (making it Halloween themed will win them over… trust me)
- Fall-themed candle (so they can think of you whenever they light it up)
- Slippers
- Mug
- Their favourite snacks (candy, chips, drinks, etc)
Halloween is only a couple days away so you better get these last min goodies quick! Who knows? Maybe the Halloween clearance deals have already started!
Spooky Movie Marathon
Want to stay in and cuddle up? Huddle up your bestie or date and watch the scariest movies while crunching on some popcorn and brew up a special potion to drink up!
