There was once a time when $50 seemed like a decent amount of money for an activity. However, living in Toronto in 2022, you know that is not exactly the case, especially when it comes to pampering yourself.
If you have $50 to treat yourself or your date, you can find some super relaxing experiences to share together.
Spend a day at the spa, and only pay $50. The Sweetgrass Spa offers a slew of spa treatments but my personal favourite is the hydrotherapy they offer. The cost is $50 for a visit and it is totally worth the money. With the session, you get access to lockers, the refreshment bar, the spa lounge, jacuzzi, infrared saunas and their ozonated swimming pool, which is a pretty sweet deal considering you are only paying $50.

I am a big fan of saunas and Korean sauna experiences are just different.
Each room contains a different aerosolized mineral, this is said to improve your health, reduce inflammation, regulate blood pressure and remove toxins from the body. You can also add charcoal to enhance the effects of the minerals.
All in all, it is a complete treat for your body and it only costs $25, a pretty sweet deal if you ask me.
