I am a big fan of saunas and Korean sauna experiences are just different.
Each room contains a different aerosolized mineral, this is said to improve your health, reduce inflammation, regulate blood pressure and remove toxins from the body. You can also add charcoal to enhance the effects of the minerals.
All in all, it is a complete treat for your body and it only costs $25, a pretty sweet deal if you ask me.

This chic, women’s-only spa is located on King Street and it is such a vibe.
They have a hot epson salt pool, a cold plunge, a Dead Sea salt pool, and a eucalyptus steam room.
I forgot to mention they also have an infrared sauna, which does wonders for the body.
Best of all, you can get a day pass for only $50 on Tuesdays!
