Toronto is in for a tasty holiday treat this season with the launch of Ginger’s Cocktail Bar! Brand new to the city’s holiday-themed pop-up bar scene, the team behind Le Dolci Culinary Classroom & Studio (12 Sousa Mendes St) is bringing this cute, festive destination to Toronto daters.
The top floor of Le Dolci studio has been decked out with cheerful holiday vibes, complete with festive decorations, music, drinks, snacks, and plenty of photo-worthy moments.
Families can enjoy the fun up until 8pm, after which the space becomes a 19+ spot for adults.

At Ginger’s Cocktail Bar, you’re in for a fun, festive adventure inspired by holiday baking! The place is full with Christmas decorations, playing upbeat holiday tunes, and serving up a lineup of festive drinks.
Sip on cocktails like Christmas Island Cheer, Snow Globe Frosty, Sugar Plum Spritz, Santa’s Red Slay, Jingle Bell Sip, Gingerbread Martini, or a Sugar Cookie Shooter.
If you prefer to skip on the alcohol, then they’ve got you covered with tasty alcohol-free options like Hot Chocolate, Jingle Berry Sparkler, Jolly Apple Fizz, and Hug in a Mug.
Plus, there’s a mouth-watering selection of holiday-themed baked goodies including Maple Pumpkin Scones, Snickers Butter Tarts, Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies, Ferrero Rocher Logs, Iced Lemon & Cranberry Cookies, Ginger Molasses Cookies, and Pumpkin Pie Butter Tarts.
The holiday pop-up experience is running from November 15th to December 24th, open from 6pm to midnight every Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Mondays).

You can book a reservation online so you can skip the wait to get into Ginger’s for a $25 deposit. This fee covers a $5 donation to The Daily Bread Food Bank and gives you $20 to spend once you sit down! Walk-in tables will be available on a first come, first served basis, too.
