If you haven’t been to Made by Marcus yet, you’re seriously missing out! Now with two locations in Edmonton, this place is all about creative and gourmet flavours. Their small-batch ice cream is made with high-quality ingredients, and every scoop is a little piece of heaven. My faves? Lemon Curd Blueberry and Malted Chocolate Honeycomb – they’re to die for!

Kind Ice Cream

Kind Ice Cream is an absolute gem, especially if you’re into plant-based and dairy-free options. They focus on local ingredients and sustainability, which is a huge plus! They’ve got three locations now. You’ve gotta try their River Valley Road or Real Deal Strawberry flavours – they’re amazing!
