The Canada Day 2025 lineup has officially been announced and it’s bigger and better than ever!
On Thursday, May 29th, the Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Canadian Identity and Culture and Minister responsible for Official Languages, unveiled the official program for the National Canada Day Celebrations, which includes a star-studded noon and evening show, an O Canada! Station, a dazzling fireworks show, and more.
After months of tension between Canada and the United States regarding Canada’s sovereignty, the Department of Canadian Heritage said, “this year is the perfect opportunity to wave our flag proudly and show the world what makes the True North strong and free. Canadians are encouraged to take part in celebrations in their communities across the country and in the heart of Canada’s Capital Region.”
Here’s everything you can look forward to for the ultimate Canada Day celebration in the capital!
