As part of Hotel Art’s Wine Dinner Series, we are excited to host Savour the Sun Calgary—a five-course paired wine dinner. Hotel Arts Executive chef Quinn Staple will prepare an ingredient-driven, five-course feast with each dish carefully paired with wines from two iconic wineries from the famed Golden Mile Bench (just south of Oliver in British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley).
