From food to wine to beer, there are plenty of exhibitors that will satisfy your taste buds – besides, what else are you doing on October 13th and 14th? We’ve put together a quick guide on the who you need to see and what you need to know before you head down to the festival.

Wine & Beer

…and gin, scotch & tequila. There will be a little bit of everything from wine to beer to spirits. The real struggle will be deciding which wine and beers to try first; good thing you have all weekend. There is a huge list of both local and international wineries that will be bringing their top game, as well as distilleries and breweries.

If you’ve been dying to try blue wine, you’ll have to check out Marqués de Alcántara, making its Canadian debut at the RMWFF. Winebeer, one of the most buzzworthy drinks this year and a drink you don’t want to pass by. Of course you’ll want to hit up some of your fave Alberta Craft Breweries like Cold Garden, Freehold Brewing Co and Banff Ave Brewing Co.

Eats

There will be over 46 restaurants, caterers and food purveyors at the festival to meet all your taste bud needs and let you nibble on new gourmet dishes from local restaurants and hotels. From appetizers to sliders to sweet treats you’ll be able to find something for everyone in your group. Some of the vendors you don’t want to miss are Paper Street, Sweet Tooth and Workshop Kitchen + Bar. See the whole food vendor list here.

The Great Big Taste Awards

Kind of like the People’s Choice Awards, the Great Big Taste Awards are handed out to the best food and drink brands – winners will be crowned in two food categories and 14 beverage categories. Use the hashtag #RMWFF20 to share your favourites and you’ll be entered to win some fabulous prizes.

Extra Fun

DJ Kav will be there spinning oldies from the last 20 years to keep the party lively. When you use the hashtag #RMWFF20 Fotohub will be there to automatically print your picture – it’s almost like Instagram, but in real life.
