Over the past couple years we’ve had to get creative to say the least, and all the activities are back in full swing, whether you’re looking for something classy, something casual, and always something unique.

Check out our round-up of Valentine’s date ideas of all kinds, especially if you’re looking for something a little different this year!

Alter Toronto

Alter’s mission is to make hot and cold exposure a more approachable and consistent practice by creating an atmosphere that is warm, welcoming, and community-oriented and an experience that pays homage to this centuries-old modality.

Two for $75 Package: This package includes two shareable credits at a discounted rate and can be used toward any self-led drop-in or instructor-led class from February 1 to February 15. This package is available to both new guests and existing Alter members.

Supportive Connections Class: Held on February 10 at 11:30am and February 14 at 8:00pm and taught by both of Alter’s Program Directors, Queenie and Jonathan Phair. This 60-minute class will focus on how guests can rely on each other for support in both the sauna and ice bath. You are encouraged to bring someone close to you (a significant other, good friend, relative, or new connection). Through breathwork, movement, and the hot and cold, you will experience how mutual support plays an essential role in challenging moments.
