1. In The Heat Of The Night
The Calgary Zoo/Wilder Institute presents “In the Heat of the Night,” an 18+ four-course dinner with an additional “adults-only” presentation (with pictures) about how animals show their love in the wild.

2. We LOVE Wine
Enjoy an intimate wine, cheese, and chocolate tasting experience with your boo! This is perfect for those couples who love to split a bottle of wine and enjoy deep conversation.
When: Saturday, 11 February 2023, 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.

3. Lifts of Love
Tired of the apps? Mt. Norquay Ski Resort has an interesting solution for you! Find your Valentine at Lifts of Love this year. Spend the evening on a high-speed Quad to the heart and meet someone new on every chair!
This is a super exciting and casual event for anybody who loves to snowboard or ski. No matter who you are or who you’re looking for, there is somebody for everyone at this event.
When: February 11, 2023 from 6:00pm onward.

4. Paint by Candlelight
A romantic candlelit painting night with your partner is the perfect way to spend Valentine’s Day this year. Your ticket includes Valentine’s chocolates, photo booth photos, glazing/firing, lots of romantic fun as well as special prizes!

5. Kincora Winter Festival
This Valentine’s Day, enjoy sleigh rides, live music, and refreshments at the Kincora rink and fields. Head for a skate with your loved one and enjoy free skate and helmet rentals! Warm up by the fire pits when you’re done and enjoy quality time together. (All events are weather dependent.)

6. Grey Eagle Resort & Casino

Valentine’s Day Singles Mixer at Jamesons Pub (1230 17th Ave SW): If you’re single and ready to mingle this Valentine’s Day, head over to Jameson’s Pub for their Valentine’s Day Singles Mixer! There will be $4 tacos, $2 0ff tequila shots and plenty of opportunity to meet someone new. This event kicks off at 7 p.m. and is free to attend.
Amato Gelato – Date Night Special (602 17 Ave SW): Stop into Amato Gelato between February 13 and 19 to order their cocktail special menu and complimentary Charcuterie board for just $22.00
February Specials – Frenchie Wine Bar (618 17 Ave SW): Get $10 off all cocktails every Tuesday this month at Frenchie Wine Bar! Plus, from 5 to 7 p.m., there is a Grilled Cheese and Champagne happy hour every single day.
8. Lina’s Market YYC
Couples Charcuterie Class: Go from dinner and a movie every date night, to charcuterie board building with wine and snacks on a Tuesday night this Valentine’s Day! Tickets are $120 for 2 people for February 14.
Galentine’s Day Pizza Class: Who needs a single date this Valentine’s Day when you can have fun making pizza with a group of your best lady friends! Learn to make your very own world class pizza while you enjoy some wine, Tiramisu forte for dessert, and a night to remember with some good company. Tickets are $60 a person for February 15.
Gnocchi Class: Join catering chef Michael in showing you and your friends how to make gnocchi! Feel at home with a couple glasses of wine as you follow his easy steps to make your new favourite Italian dish. Tickets are $70 per person for February 15.
40+ Singles and Mingle: Meet and mingle with like-minded individuals in a relaxed, in-person setting. With a focus on those over the age of 40, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others who are also seeking a more authentic way to build connections. Enjoy complimentary snacks and a carefully crafted beverage menu that’s designed to encourage mingling and conversation. Come experience a truly enjoyable evening with no pressure, no swiping, just genuine human connection! Reservations required however walk-in guests are welcome on February 16.
