Millwoods May Days Carnival is back in town from May 17th – May 20th, 2024, and you do not want to miss out on the excitement! Wild Rose Carnival is a family run business bringing fun all over Alberta. Admission to the event is free – just pay for your tickets for the fair rides. 3. Fort Edmonton Park’s 50th Anniversary
Join in the festivities marking the 50th anniversary of Fort Edmonton Park, proudly hailed as Canada’s most expansive immersive historical museum. From May 18th – May 20th, 2024, immerse yourself in the music of 1974, treat yourself to sweets that will take you back through the years, and stroll down memory lane as you recall cherished moments spent at the Capitol Theatre. 4. BOOM BOOM GLOW! Black Eyed Peas theme GLOW party
Get ready to party like never before at Hudsons for one of their legendary long weekend themed parties. On Sunday May 19th, 2024 head to Hudson’s on Whyte for a Black Eyed Peas bash! Prepare to get down in a dynamic glow-in-the-dark ambiance. Deck yourself out in the boldest neon hues, there will be 300 LED swag items including glasses, glowsticks, and bracelets to keep the party vibe going strong. Tickets are $12 + fees.

5. Silver Screen Soirée: A Pop Up Burlesque Event
Step into the glamorous world of Hollywood’s golden age with House of Hush Burlesque. On Sunday May 19th, 2024 at Boxer Kitchen, prepare to be mesmerized as fabulous performers shimmy, shake, and tease their way around your table, transporting you back to the opulent era of Old Hollywood. With new pop-up performances every 30 minutes, each featuring decadent performers, you’ll be swept away by the allure and charm of yesteryear. Tickets are $25-$35/person and includes admission to the show.

6. Studio Ghibli Inspired Clay Workshop
On Sunday May 19th, 2024 create your very own magical Studio Ghibli inspired clay masterpiece at Color Cafe all while sipping on a delicious Color Cafe drink and enjoying some delicious eats! Tickets to the event are $15.95+tax (which includes an exclusive Tosuni Milk Jiggly Cat). Final cost will depend on the clay piece of your choice day of event.
