From the Spruce Meadows: Pan American Tournament to an outdoor movie screening of Fantastic Mr. Fox, here’s what’s up this week in YYC.

1. Spruce Meadows Pan American Tournament
June 26th to July 1st at Various Times
Spruce Meadows, 18011 Spruce Meadows Way SW

Bring the family to enjoy this six-day outdoor tournament. The tournament is free and features a multitude of different jumping events combined from the former ‘Canada One’ and ‘Pan American’ Tournaments. Other activities include pony rides, a Riding Hall shop, face painting, music and more.


2. Adulting 101: Let’s Taco ‘Bout Energy
June 27th from 6pm-8pm
ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen, 909 11 Ave SW

Join us and ATCOenergy for a drink or two and some delicious tacos made from their partners at ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen. Bring your date out to Central Memorial Park for an outdoor movie screening. Hosted by Qualex-Landmark, they’ll be presenting a special screening of Wes Anderson’s movie Fantastic Mr. Fox. Seating is limited so make sure you get there early and snacks will be available from on-site food trucks.
