1. Founders Calgary Vol. 04: Marketing + Social Good

To shine light on the struggles and support the movers and shakers in our community, HELCIM and The Ace Class have collaborated to bring you Founders, a curated series designed for entrepreneurs by entrepreneurs. Check out panel discussions with industry leaders and seasoned entrepreneurs with plenty of time for Q&A so you can fire off those burning questions. This month’s theme is Marketing + Social Good.

2. Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour

Calling all film lovers – this is your opportunity to check out some of the best new films from the Banff Centre Mountain Film and Book Festival back in November 2018. The festival runs from January 15th to 18th, 20th and 22nd to 27th and will feature 1:00 pm matinees on January 20th, 26th, and 27th.

3. KNOW x Ace Flames Night

On January 16th, the KNOW and Ace ladies are heading out for a night that celebrates hockey, champagne, and community. The special Calgary Flames experience features a pre-game event with dinner, your game ticket, private entrance into the Scotiabank Saddledome, a champagne reception, a guest speaker, and swag bags.

4. 2019 Ice Magic Festival

This year marks the 25th anniversary of one of the world’s best ice festivals – The Lake Louise Ice Magic Festival. Bring your boo to the majestic surroundings of Lake Louise as you watch talented ice artists from around the world sculpt masterpieces in an effort to win the ultimate ice carving competition. Sip on hot cocoa, vote on your favourite sculptures, and watch the winter magic in action.

5. Music of the Movies
