1. Toast Volume 6: Living an Intentional Life

Come nourish your body and mind as you unplug from your cell phone, take part in a mini meditation and listen to an empowering panel of women offering their insight on how to unlock your infinite potential through helpful and practical tools, tips and techniques.

2. Mill Street’s Second Annual Summer Block Party

Mill Street is hosting their second annual Summer Block Party this Tuesday. Join in on the festivities as they celebrate the sun with ice cold beers, tasty spirits and delectable bites both from Mill Street and from some of their favourite downtown restaurants. Guests in attendance can also expect a DJ, two patios and brewery tours all night.

3. Father’s Day Splatter Paint Night

You’ll have free reign in their galleries, a fully licensed bar to get your drink on and dance jams to keep your good mood going all night long. This month, they’ll be exploring the science behind cocktails. Learn about the special combination of science and art that goes into creating delicious cocktail creations and dive deeper into the science of cocktails, both the aromatic and the alcoholic.


5. Table for Two Cooking Class

Designed with the two of you in ind, they’ve created a menu that will have you working side-by-side as you combine your talents are plate your own dinner. Your menu items are then served with some carefully curated wines so you can enjoy some quality time together. Don’t worry, you can leave the dishes up to them.

Bonus #1: Beer, Barbecue and Butchery

Sunterra is celebrating Pork Month with special classes in their social kitchen. On June 16th and 23rd, they’ll be hosting Beer, Barbecue and Butchery. This tasty class includes one free drink and all your favourite Sunterra Farms pork dishes like red oak bacon caesar salad, slow cooked pork belly with drip pan potatoes, chipotle and fennel ribs and pork chops. Our mouths are watering just thinking about it. In case you can’t make it to that one, have no fear – they host several classes a month and will have a special Father’s Day lunch and Bacon Bits class for your little ones on June 30.
