1. Revv52: Legends

Revv52 will be performing at the Bella Concert Hall until January 26th. Taking the music of the greats and reimagining it with a unique Revv52 twist, this is a show you’ll definitely want to be at. Expect to hear covers from legends like The Beatles, Elton John, Led Zeppelin, Coldplay, Bowie, Prince, and more.

2. The Winter Wine Festival

Help Kensington Wine Market kick off their Year End Inventory Sale weekend with the Winter Wine Festival. They’ll be sampling around 80 wines, catering from Peasant Cheese, and offering stellar discounts on wines.

3. Calgary Sport and Social Club Ski/Snowboard Trip to Kimberley

The Calgary (and Edmonton) Sport and Social Club are hosting their 7th annual Ski Trip. The party starts on the bus as it heads out to the stunning Kimberley Mountain Resort. From there, you’ll be whisked away to the hills where you can ski to your heart’s content. The theme this year is Jersey Shore so make sure you come dressed in your favourite jersey.

4. Cakes!

This two days class will get you to create from scratch your very own delicious and gorgeous cakes. From delicate mousse cakes to dense cakes that can be stacked, you will learn how to layer, flavour and decorate them. Test your hand with a variety of icings, glazes and finishings, like buttercream, chantilly cream and chocolate ganache. This two days class includes a recipe book, light meal and a customized kitchen utensil to take home.
