Great cocktails, an amazing menu, stunning decor and a huge patio all wrapped up into one! What more could you ask for your next date night?
Welcome to Haven, where your taste buds will be transported to a new world and you can cozy up with your favourite person. Located in Langley just past Willowbrook mall, this place is tucked away just enough so that it feels like you’ve gone on vacation.
Their menu has something for everyone from the tasty Almond Crusted Fried Brie (who doesn’t love cheese), Peanut Tofu Bao Buns, melt in your mouth Haven Burger and the 16oz AAA Charbroiled Ribeye, you really can’t go wrong. We highly suggest coming here on a very empty stomach. Not only do they have a fantastic food menu, their cocktail menu might be our favourite in Langley. They have made you feel like you are on a tropical vacation with the atmosphere and that is exactly where our minds went when we got here.
The Decor Is Top Notch
We went and had a night of our own here and let us tell you that it went beyond our expectations!
First off as you walk up to the front door you are greeted with a beautifully done sign and outdoor fire pit area while you wait for your table to be ready. The staff are so friendly and kind, you feel like they are your friends.
Once you walk in, you pass a magnificent bar that keeps your eyes wandering. The pink neon sign at the top says “choose your own adventure” and that is exactly what we did.
We sat at a big comfy booth that overlooked the whole restaurant. It was great because we could take in all the decor. From the cool wallpaper in the bathroom to the extremely fun light fixtures everywhere, there is just so much to look at.
The patio is also really well designed with a feature fountain and a big covering, you will be able to enjoy the outdoors all year round.
Get To The Good Stuff!
When we first sat down, we got comfortable and checked out the drink menu. It was very hard to choose as they all looked so good. But we ended up trying the “Black & Blanco” and the “Haven Paloma”. It was a tequila kind of night and Haven did amazing! The B&B was a great pink martini-type cocktail and the Paloma was super light & refreshing. Next up was deciding on what we were going to eat. We are big sharing is caring type people so we opted for a few of the starters.
Sweet Potato Hummus (V/VEG/DF)
This was so tasty! The pita had the most amazing spices on it and the toasted chickpeas gave the hummus such a good crunch.
Haven Poké (DF/OW)
Just wow for the presentation on this one. The sesame rice chips are towered high in the bowl. The tuna is amazing and the mangos give it such a good flavour.
Peanut Tofu Bao Buns (V/VEG/DF)
The peanut sauce on these babies is to die for! Think of little pillows of happiness wrapping every flavour you could ever imagine together.

So we couldn’t forget about dessert here. They have three amazing options to choose from:
Nostalgic Chocolate Cake
PB&J Cheesecake
Caramelized Pineapple Cake
Honestly, HOW DO YOU PICK…
Well, we did and ended up going with the PB&J Cheesecake because that is something we never heard of before. All we can say is stop what you are doing and run to Haven just to try this unreal masterpiece. Seriously your taste buds need this for your next date night. The cheesecake is so light and fluffy, the crust is this smooth peanut butter crumble and we can’t even begin to explain the ice cream drizzling down on top. You just need to eat this. we promise your mind will be blown.
Date Night at Haven is truly a remarkable experience and we would 10/10 recommend adding this to your list of date night spots.
