The world’s biggest sporting event is here, and Maxime’s Toronto is celebrating in style. Ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Maxime’s is launching The Offside Menu: a limited-run cocktail series that pays homage to the three host nations: Canada, Mexico, and the USA, through the lens of French-inspired craft bartending.
These aren’t your typical game-day drinks – this is the World Cup, Maxime’s style. Cocktails ($20 per) include:
Smoked Maple Espresso Martini (Canada) Vodka, Kahlúa, maple syrup, espresso; rich, smoky, and unapologetically Canadian
Hot Honey Peach Margarita (Mexico) Tequila, peach liqueur, lime, jalapeño syrup, hot honey; sweet heat that sneaks up on you
Dirty Soda (USA) Spiced rum, cherry syrup, vanilla syrup, Coke, topped with whipped cream; indulgent, playful, and impossible to resist.

As World Cup fever kicks off, Blondies Pizza is celebrating Team Canada with a new limited-time feature: The Canadian Tuxedo.
This proudly Canadian pie is topped with crispy cup pepperoni, premium Canadian bacon, grass-fed cheese, and whole marinated mushrooms, a combination that feels right at home for game day.
For the full experience, they’re pairing it with Blondies’ signature Dill Dip.
The Canadian Tuxedo is now available at all Blondies locations, and select restaurants will also be airing matches throughout the tournament, giving fans a place to gather, cheer on Team Canada, and enjoy a great slice.

Isaan Der’s World Cup Grill Platter and Beer Tower combo is a feast of Thai bites available at the Dundas and the Spadina locations and perfect for sharing, up to a group of six!
They’ll be sharing live game covering, and the option to add a second beer tower to your order for just $29.

Hot Dogs of the World menu
This in-hotel restaurant is serving up what the people want, offering a dozen $16 dogs topped in themes according to each of the participating countries, and several of the qualified teams. And they’re all served with a side of crinkle fries!
Three specialty hot dogs including Canadian (Sauerkraut, mustard, relish, diced white onion, banana peppers), Mexican (Salsa, guacamole, grilled chili onions), and American (Chili cheese, grated cheese, white onion) will be available all throughout the World Cup, while other flavour availability will correspond with FIFA match schedules.

Writers Room Bar transforms into Match Bar by Writers Room during the World Cup. It’s a lively game-day destination anchored by an 80-inch screen alongside cocktails and food designed specifically for the occasion.
The menu will feature soccer-inspired signature cocktails alongside dishes including:
- Lobster stuffed chicken wings
- Confit duck poutine
- Signature fried chicken sandwich
- Parmesan truffle fries
- Korean fried chicken bites
- 12” Stone oven pizza
- A full à la carte menu will also be available during all matches.
