The 2025 baseball season is just around the corner in the city and the Toronto Blue Jays are bringing fans a record-breaking lineup of promotions and events. Making for the best spring and summer for stadium dates ever, the 2025 schedule features 68 exciting giveaways, theme games, and Specialty Tickets, including new player bobbleheads, classic replica jerseys, unique collectibles, and returning favourite events.  

Home Opener

The excitement kicks off on Opening Day presented by TD on Thursday, March 27 (3:07 p.m. first pitch).

In true Canadian fashion, all fans will receive a Blue Jays Toque giveaway on entry, as well as a Blue Jays Magnet Schedule on exit. If this is your date’s first Blue Jays game (of the season, or ever) this makes for the perfect date idea with a momento you can take home!

The fun continues throughout the regular season with more than three-quarters of all home games including a promotion or theme day.

City Connect Fridays 

For your Friday evening dates that are sooo Toronto, City Connect returns to celebrate the icons, energy, strength, and culture of Toronto’s vibrant neighbourhoods.

Every Friday night home game is City Connect Friday – the Blue Jays will don its City Connect uniform on the field, and fans will be immersed in what makes Toronto one of a kind, featuring ballpark activities with themed entertainment, local food, music, and more.

Plus, new this season, fans will be treated to a postgame fireworks show at the home games on Friday August 1st & Friday August 29th!

Family-friendly Fun

Explore new worlds at the ballpark, starting with the first Blue Jays Minecraft Day (Saturday, May 3), featuring a Blue Jays Minecraft Hat giveaway.

On Saturday, May 17, Rogers Centre enters Barbie World with the first Blue Jays Barbie Game Day, which includes a Blue Jays Barbie Hawaiian Shirt giveaway. 

Baseball & Cricket

Celebrating baseball’s bat and ball cousin, Cricket Day at the Park presented by TD returns for the third straight year on Saturday, May 31. Fans can boost their cricket wardrobe with the Blue Jays Cricket Warm-Up Jacket giveaway in collaboration with Cricket Canada.

The event highlights the crossovers between baseball and cricket – the second most popular sport in the world and growing in Canada every year. 

Summer Celebrations

As the weather heats up, fans can look forward to the return of annual summer celebrations. Pride Night presented by TD returns on Friday, June 20 featuring a fun crossover with City Connect Fridays and a unique Pride-themed City Connect Crossbody Bag giveaway.

Join in Blue Jays Canada Day traditions on Tuesday, July 1 when fans can snag a Blue Jays Red Replica Jersey giveaway.

On Wednesday, July 23, fans are encouraged to lace up their dancing shoes as Salsa Night returns for a second year, with a Dancing Vlad Bobblehead giveaway.  

Back-to-school blues

On Saturday, Sept. 13, it’s Blue Jays Peanuts Day, Charlie Brown! Fans can enjoy the game with Snoopy and the rest of the Peanuts gang and get their hands on a Charlie Brown Bobblehead giveaway. 

The final weekend of the regular season celebrates the best fans in baseball. Fan Appreciation Weekend presented by TD (September 26 to 28) features activities for all ages and a City Connect Rugby Shirt giveaway on the Friday. 

Returning Fan-Favourite Events 

Jr. Jays Sundays

Back for another exciting season of family fun starting on March 30 with Jr. Jays Opening Day. The first Jr. Jays outdoor program begins on June 1 and runs through the summer until August 31.

Jr. Jays Club, a membership program for kids 14 and under is also back this season – parents and guardians can register their kids for one of two great membership programs offering exclusive benefits, activities, experiences, discounts, and prizes.

Loonie Dogs Nights

Last year, 727,819 dollar dogs were consumed at Rogers Centre! With 12 Loonie Dogs Nights presented by Schneiders on the calendar this season, how many dollar dogs will we be able to eat in 2025? We say, game on!

WFD

Work From Dome returns for six weekday 3:07 p.m. games (April 2, May 15, June 5 & 19, August 14, and September 11). Block off your calendar and come to the ballpark for the ultimate office view at Rogers Centre. Fans are encouraged to secure group tickets for the entire office to enjoy!
