What if we told you that you could find the iconic SARA salad at Yonge and Lawrence? Chop Hop, known for delicious salads, crafted soups, wraps, and energy balls (open first at Commerce Court) has announced its flagship location alongside Pantry.
THE SALADS
Chop Hop’s culinary team has spent countless hours dedicated to crafting each delicious Chop Hop salad and has landed on a tight menu of six flavour-packed, perfectly-balanced creations including: the Sara, Jefe, Rasa, Cobb and Yuan – plus a caesar, also known as CSER due to Chop Hop’s affinity towards four-letter names.
Offering a unique experience and standing out from others, there are no ordinary proteins here! Have you ever had a salad with Korean short rib, Piri-Piri chicken, Cajun shrimp, Yuzu pork belly or chipotle jackfruit?
At Chop Hop, you can add any of these to your salad!
MORE FOOD
The menu doesn’t stop at salads, either! If your date is into something warmer, they have four hearty soups including: Cure, a lemongrass chicken soup; Silk, a mushroom cream soup; Gold, a vegan corn soup; and Hrty, a turkey chilli.
On the heartier side, a CBLT and Korean Steak Wrap are on the menu and can be made gluten-free.
And to finish on a sweet note, Chop Hop enlisted Nosh Balls to create four epic energy balls unique to its menu.
INTERIORS
On the walls, you will find artwork created by Toronto-based Splendid Projects in partnership with New York studio Mippi, featuring cute characters inspired by each Chop Hop salad!
Chop Hop is set to open a third location at Yonge and Temperance coming soon.
