Time to put another holiday event and market on your radar! Christmas at the Nation is back for its second year and is bigger and better than ever – it’s doubled in artisans and will feature over 120 registered small businesses over the weekend.

Christmas at the Nation welcomes Indigenous artists and local Alberta makers and provides an opportunity to expand their customer base, share their work and grow their small businesses.

This is the perfect place to get your holiday shopping done and support local at the same time! Skip the mall madness for these beautifully curated, meaningful gifts in time for Christmas.

Expect to find a wide variety of products such as jewelry, clothing and garments, beading, blankets, carvings, art, food items, children’s products, pet products, stunning homeware, and so much more.

Along with shopping, you and your date can explore numerous holiday activations! Tim Hortons will be giving away free hot chocolate, coffee, and Timbits and there will be a visit from the Coca Cola Holiday Truck, Santa, and even the Grinch!

Fun for the whole family, bring the kids and attend a session on how to make your own Indigenous ornaments and watch performances from Tsuut’ina Nation adults and youth, with live music, hoop dancing, drummers and more.

There will also be complimentary, covered ice skating (bring your own skates and helmets).

Browse the vendors here and get excited for the weekend!
