Take a seat and enjoy a curated menu of select Italian inspired dishes, designed by master-chef Christopher Hyde. Each dish is made with high quality ingredients from Italy and local producers.
Lina’s Cucina is only available on Thursday, Friday & Saturday, from 7.30pm to 10pm. Book in advance, limited seating. Please arrive on time.
$60 per person on Thursday and Friday
$80 per person on Saturday.

Meet Chef Christopher Hyde
Chef Hyde started his career in Melbourne, working and learning in one of the best restaurants in Australia. That’s where he developed his skills in pasta making, butchery, and his love for all things Italian.
He then moved to Edmonton to work with Daniel Costa and helped opening Corso 32, a well – respected restaurant in YEG. From being a sous chef at Corso, he moved up to become the head chef at Daniel’s second restaurant Bar Bricco.
Before becoming Lina’s executive chef, Christopher spent some time in Italy working with the real Italian nonnas to perfect his methods and techniques.
Chef Hyde is famous for his fresh pasta, mouth-watering primi dishes and traditional Italian menus with an innovative touch.
