There’s a new, elevated date night in town and it’s worth travelling out of the city for! Picture this: intimate performances from Canadian legends just steps from your seat as you indulge in delicious multi-course meals from renowned chefs.

ICONS Series is a new one-of-a-kind, luxury set of up-close-and-personal concerts and fine dining experiences in Elora, Ontario put on by local boutique hotelier and jewelry designer Kat Florence that brings together the art of music and the art of food so beautifully.

This run of exclusive, highly intimate events promise an unforgettable evening of culinary artistry and not-to-be-missed talent.

the ICONS emerge

The series kicked off on January 17, 2025 in the historic Granary building, an outpost of the Elora Mill. In the heart of the picturesque town of Elora, just 90 minutes from Toronto, 205 lucky guests enjoyed a once-in-a-lifetime evening under glittering chandeliers.

Award-winning singer-songwriter, author, and Canadian music legend, Jann Arden, performed after a multi-course decadent meal prepared by Chef Ron McKinlay, Executive Chef of Canoe Restaurant, renowned for crafting modern Canadian cuisine that reflects the country’s rich and diverse landscape (celebrating its iconic 30th anniversary this year).

As a very welcome surprise, the incredible George Pimentel – one of Canada’s most famous celebrity photographers of all time – was announced to be live capturing the show and guests at the January 17th ICONS event.

It was an intimate and fancy setting with a cocktail hour, a sit-down dinner and tables set up throughout the room where nine or ten people sat together and ate together before the show. The best part? All ICONS seats are mere steps from the talent stage!
