Mezza is a family business and current owners Tony and Peter Nahas took over the restaurant group from their parents in 2012, putting their own spin on it to make it what we know and love today!
The Food
To celebrate the opening of their 17th location in Fall River, NS, the datenight team had the opportunity to dine with Mezza.
The Donair Wrap was cooked perfectly, with succulent donair meat topped with that sauce the whole country seems to love. They include greek salad inside the pita as well for the perfect bite every time!
Are you more of a bowl person? We got the Protein Bowl filled with Chicken Shawarma, brown rice, purple cabbage, kale, feta cheese, tomatoes, pickled turnips, chickpeas, and topped with their famous Sriracha garlic sauce.
We ended off the visit with a piece of their famous Baklava, which is layered and baked Filo pastry with honey drizzled throughout and nuts.
