Niagara Icewine Festival and Niagara Parks has teamed up to bring one of the most luxurious and delicious events of the winter: the all-new Cool As Ice immersive experience at Niagara Parks Power Station happening on January 14, 2023.

This event is for the foodies and the wine lovers because your all-inclusive tickets include admission to one of Niagara Falls’ most exciting new attractions that’s never hosted an event before, incredible wines including Niagara wine country’s iconic Icewine, cocktails and foods, live entertainment, dancing and more!

The Niagara Icewine Festival is pulling out all the stops to showcase Ontario’s signature flavours through VQA Icewines and farm-to-table fare, set within one of Niagara Falls’ most buzzed-about new attractions with a stunning view of the Falls.

Wineries being featured at this year’s gala include 13th Street Winery, Harbour Estates Winery, Henry of Pelham Family Estate Winery, Inniskillin Wines, Lakeview Wine Co., Marynissen Estates, Niagara College Teaching Winery, Palatine Hills Estate Winery, Peller Estates Winery & Restaurant, Pillitteri Estates Winery, Redstone Winery, Riverview Cellars Winery, Rockway Vineyards, Sue-Ann Staff Estate Winery, Tawse Winery, Trius Winery & Restaurant, Vineland Estates Winery, and Wayne Gretzky Winery & Distillery.

This is the perfect reason to keep the glam going even though the holiday season is over – get dressed up with your date to eat, drink, and dance the night away!

In addition to exciting wine and culinary offerings, tickets to the Cool As Ice event includes exclusive access to the Niagara Parks Power Station’s immersive exhibits and The Tunnel, which offers a unique perspective and unparalleled views of Niagara Falls from 180-feet below ground.

Cool As Ice will also feature live performance artists and stunning photo backdrops set to a music soundtrack sure to inspire time on the event’s dance floor.
