Mat Collective offers completely free outdoor yoga classes from June to August.

Run Clubs at The Running Room

All Running Room locations around Vancouver, organize events like run/walk clubs that are open to all, and meet twice weekly. They have multiple groups and various leaders, and the best part is the club is free to join and open to all running levels.

This fun and lively group explores the many trails of the North Shore. These hikes are included with an NVRC Active Pass and if you don’t have one, you can pay a fitness day visit fee.

Participants should have good hiking shoes/boots, a fanny/day pack, appropriate clothing and water.
