First things first, mark your calendar for a fabulous solo self-care date! Whether it’s a cozy morning, a serene afternoon, or a full-blown day of self-care, make sure to set this time just for you. Treat it like a VIP appointment because you’re worth it!

2. Create a Relaxing Environment
