Take Your Date to This F*$King Awesome Festival at Superflux Beer Company

Literally. The name is Superflux F*$king Awesome Festival!

Mark your calendars for Saturday September 24th, because Superflux Beer Company is hosting their first ever all-you-can-eat (and drink) event.

Taking place in the tasting room, patio, parking lot and brewery area at Superflux Beer Company (505 Clark Drive) in Vancouver, this one-day event is a delayed celebration of the brewery’s grand opening, which happened in August 2020 during the pandemic and will no doubt live up to its name.

Attendees can expect to see unique, limited-release collaborations with well-known breweries from Canada and the U.S.A. as well as food features from top local restaurants and outstanding live music from local artists.

“We’re stoked to be bringing together our community of loyal fans, some of our favourite breweries and a few of Vancouver’s best eats for this festival. We built this space to celebrate everything that the craft beer scene has to offer and we look forward to enjoying a few beers, cocktails and bites with everyone while vibing with our talented musical guests.”

Co-Founder Adam Henderson

The bevvies

Superflux will have six exclusive F*$king Awesome Collaboration beers available on tap at the event and in 4-packs to go. These legendary collaborations include:

In addition to this, there will be natural wine available from Juice Bar, cider from Sunday Cider, Boozy Soft Serve by Superflux and Cabana Margaritas on tap from Superflux {Cabana} for those looking for non-beer refreshments.

The food

The festival will also host several F*$king Awesome Food pop-ups from top local restaurants. Attendees can expect to enjoy out-of-this-world pizza slices from Party Pizza Worldwide, mouthwatering Porchetta Sandwiches from Meat & Bread, the freshest shucked oysters from Big Shucker, fan favourite Cabana fries and burgers from Superflux {Cabana}, and Salad Rolls & More from Anh & Chi.

The available food will match the overall atmosphere of the event – casual with a little bit of high-end flavour thrown in.

Beyond the drinks and food, the festival will feature four F*$king Awesome DJ Sets contributing to the vibe and atmosphere throughout the day.

Local DJ, Flipout, will start the day off spinning tunes from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. before Judy Glenham takes the stage from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to end the first session. Niña Mendoza, will start off the second session from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and finally Justin Ricco will end the festival from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
