1. Positano
What It’s Known For: Positano is basically the poster child of Amalfi Coast glam. When you think of the colorful cliffside houses over looking the sea full of boats – that’s Positano. As you climb up the town’s cliffside, you’ll find chic boutiques, hidden cafes, and those iconic beach views that make everyone on your feed jealous.
Where to Stay: For a touch of luxury, check into Le Sirenuse. This place is the definition of high-end, with the most breathtaking views, top-notch service, and a restaurant that’s totally worth the splurge. It’s also next to the notorious Franco’s Bar, but it doesn’t open until 6pm so plan for after-dinner drinks!
Romantic Date Spot: The best views of Positano are seen from the water, so grab your partner and hop on a sunset boat tour with Lucibello. With a glass of Prosecco in hand, you’ll float past cliffs and watch Positano’s lights come alive as night falls. Insta-worthy moments are guaranteed!
2. Amalfi
What It’s Known For: Amalfi is the place where history and romance mix perfectly. Its grand central cathedral and cozy old town are like stepping into a true fairy tale.
Where to Stay: Go for Hotel Grand Excelsior which boasts large rooms and unreal views. The private beach and shuttle service make this the ideal stay in town! Prefer a sweet Airbnb close to everything? Check out Casa Iris, we absolutely loved our time in Amalfi in this two-bedroom apartment!

Romantic Date Spot: Visit Villa Rufolo, known for its incredible gardens and panoramic views. After a romantic stroll (and possibly witnessing a proposal), head to Piazza Centrale and sit at one of the many cafes for an Aperol Spritz. Looking for dinner? Talk a short walk to Bella Vista Sul Mare inside the Hotel Bonadies for amazing views and even better cuisine.

Where to Stay: For a gorgeous hotel right on the water, check in to Hotel La Lucertola or for a more affordable option, offering views of the sea and rooms with a balcony, Villa Verde sul Mare is located in Raito, 5 minutes’ drive from Vietri sul Mare.
Romantic Date Spot: Learn Vietri ceramics in a hands-on workshop or Relax at Spiaggia della Crestarella, possibly the quietest beach on the Amalfi Coast and one of the few sandy beaches around and often bypassed by tourists. Finally, eat at Pane & Panorama at sunset and admire the view! This place had great sandwiches and you can sit outside in front of a view over the sea.
