It’s back! Toronto’s Festival of Beer brings the beverage world together at Toronto’s beloved beer weekend this July 28-30th at Bandshell Park on the Exhibition Place grounds.
With over 400 local craft beer and international brews to discover, seriously good eats, live entertainment and so much more, you’ll find familiar flavours everywhere and maybe even discover a new favourite summer sipper while having all the summer fun!
Wondering what to expect at this year’s festival? From what ticket you can get, to the performance line-up, here’s everything you need to know:
BEERS & BEVVIES
Are you heading to the festival to support your long-time favourite, or to search for a new beverage to gift your loyalty to? Either way, some of the brands you can expect to find at this year’s TFOB include local Collingwood brand Sidelaunch, Whitewater Brewing Co., Ace Hill, cocktails from Founder’s Original, Bangarang Seltzer, Brickworks Ciderhouse, and so much more!
THE LINE UP
TFOB secured some awesome entertainment this year and the 2023 festival brings BIG names to the stage, including:
- Ice Cube with Special Guest Big Boi on Friday July 28th,
- Third Eye Blind with opener Ruby Waters on Saturday July 29th, and
- T-Pain with opener Koffee on Sunday, July 30th.
BEYOND BEER
Not a huge fan of beer or looking to try a little bit of everything? This year, TFOB is introducing a new section called “Beyond Beer” that will feature a range of beverages from canned cocktails, to seltzers, hard iced tea, and so much more!
Plus, there will be more food options than ever before, so you can pair your ice cold glass with delicious local eats.
TICKET TYPES
Now that you’re planning your July outings and TFOB tickets are on sale, you’re probably wondering what are your options? There’s a couple different styles of tickets you can grab depending on what you want your experience to be!
1. General Admission Ticket
Your standard general admission ticket to the beer festival includes entry into the event, one commemorative festival sampling mug that you get to take home, and a token for your first drink sample.
2. Hoptimized Patio Pool Deck Ticket
Turn up the heat with your date and access a stylish patio that sits poolside with cabanas, loungers and deck seating with your Hoptimized ticket.
The luxury doesn’t stop there, though! You also get luxury washroom trailers, access to change rooms, and locker facilities, optional towel service, early entry 1.5 hours before public admission using a private entrance that has in/out privileges to the festival grounds, a commemorative festival sampling mug, one drink, and access to a full cash bar with premium beer, spirits, wines and a curated food menu!
3. Bandshell Lounge + Front of Stage Viewing Ticket
Are you most excited for the performances? This ticket will get you access to a beautiful indoor/outdoor Bandshell Lounge that’s located behind the Bandshell Stage.
With this, comes access to a curated food and beverage menu for purchase, exclusive access to front-of-the-stage viewing, indoor air-conditions restrooms, two beverages redeemable in the lounge, and early entry 1.5 hours before public admission.
