Part of the charm of this city is the colourful (and extremely popular) blooms that pop up throughout the warmer months; first with the cherry blossom trees in High Park towards the end of April, and now with tulips at peak bloom.

As you probably guessed, the castle itself is closed for visitors right now; but the grounds are always gorgeous to walk by, especially with an iced drink in hand from a local spot nearby. Multi-coloured tulips are planted along the property and gates; the backdrop is perfect for cute couple.

The Toronto Botanical Gardens are always gorgeous with their paths of blooms of all kinds. Stroll through with your date and come across bright coloured tulips, wisteria, daffodils and more! If your date loves sunny days and pretty flowers then you’ll have an amazing time at this North York spot.

St. James Park
The above photo may be a throwback, but this is pretty close to what the scene looks like at St. James Park located off of King St E. Feel like you’re in the middle of Europe as you check out the tulips at this park; rumour has it that they’re magenta this year!

In the spirit of never having enough flowers; Edwards Gardens is just inside Toronto Botanical Gardens and has the prettiest backdrops for tulip-filled, springtime shots. Snap a couple pic and feel all the feels in this romantic park and gardens.
