Upon arrival, enjoy a Champagne and chocolate welcome to kick off your stay. After settling in, you’ll be able to explore the 145-acre riverside property on a Riverwalk, with snowshoes, or ice skate on their rink and make the most of this wintery experience.

At night, have a romantic four-course set-menu dinner. Start off warming up sipping a Lobster Bisque with Brandy cream, chives and crispy shallots; then indulge in a Caprese Salad before the main course arrives.
The main is a Beef Medallion made from AAA Alberta Beef, served with Pomme Puree, grilled asparagus and a Cabernet jus.
Finish off with something sweet; their Vanilla Creme Brûlée topped with fresh berries and Ladyfingers.
Retreat to your comfortable room for the evening and in the morning, you’ll be treated to a Champagne Brunch and a late check-out so you don’t have to rush anywhere.
