Whoop-Up Days is happening from August 23rd – 27th with the Lethbridge & District Pro Rodeo happening August 25th – 27th at Lethbridge & District Exhibition.
The festival is kicking off with the highly anticipated parade through downtown Lethbridge.
This year’s fair will introduce brand-new features such as:
The Lethbridge & District Siksikaitsitapi Pow Wow and Princess Pageant
La Galleria Art Showcase – Featuring a curated art gallery, a wine bar, signature food offerings, and the Troubador buskers’ stage. Local artists can put their artwork on display!
- YQL Beach – Their very own outdoor beach party! This is the perfect place to bring out your inner kid with a sand bar, beach games and a tiki bar.
- Mini Carnival – The fair is family friendly, of course! There’s a dedicated kid’s zone so the little ones can have just as much fun as you will.
- Local Street Stage – This is an indoor, intimate stage for unplugged performances with a microphone. Sit down with your date and enjoy performers right in the action of the midway.
Lethbridge & District Exhibition proudly announces the return of a professionally sanctioned CPRA rodeo from August 25-27!
Professional Rodeo has had some of its finest moments at Whoop-Up Days throughout the decades from its inception 125 years ago. The Lethbridge & District Pro Rodeo invites attendees to witness one of the most action-packed and exciting sports on earth. This legacy showcase event commemorates the spirit of Southern Alberta sport – it is engrained in the history, the people and the culture.
West Coast Amusements is back with over 30 rides! West Coast Amusements is the largest Canadian midway operation in Western Canada, and one of the few that remains family operated!

The Lethbridge & District Siksikaitsitapi Pow Wow will invite dancers to register at no cost to participate in Tiny Tots, Junior, Teen, Adult Men, Adult Women and Golden Age categories in Buckskin, Chicken, Fancy, Grass, Jingle, Traditional and Drumming categories.
This Pow Wow honours the unique and rich cultural history of the land and First Nations People.
