On the menu: Chai and Waffle Martini with a dash of Parmesan

Okay so technically this doesn’t count as espresso but Chai definitely lives in the same family of creative cocktails, putting something sweet (and dare we say breakfast-y) to the liquid test. What really changes up this drink is the addition of grated Parmesan cheese to the top of the martini.. yeah, cheese!

These flavours sound perfectly unique together with a lighter hit than your classic dark espresso martini.

This Espresso Martini is a whole presentation at Buca Vaughan! The luxurious drink features Biostilla Vodka, Kahlua, Espresso, chocolate bitters, and is topped with freshly-shaven Uncinato truffle part of a table-side experience.

On the menu: Tiramisu Espresso Martini

Drink? Dessert? Both? You can almost taste how delicious this Tiramisu Espresso Martini is through the screen with the edible chocolate straw emerging from the thick and fluffy Mascarpone foam topping the cocktail. Inside, find Dillon’s Vodka, fresh Espresso that Oretta does oh so well, Cloud House coffee liqueur, and chocolate bitters.

Sprinkled on top is cocoa powder to finish off the perfect sweet treat!
